Okay so as of right now…my body fat count has dropped and i can somewhat see my V but not really :P theres still a bunch of stuff there . My abs are there but my fats still blocking the way… eh so the Air Force basically sculpted the basic template of my body…now all i need to do is work at it till its done….gotta drop the weight before heading for my first station.. 211...
